Jobber : Configuring Reminder and Maintenance Settings

After connecting your Jobber account to AppointmentReminders.com, you can customize how reminders are sent for both upcoming appointments and future maintenance services. This page explains each available setting and how it affects your reminder workflow.

You can choose whether to send appointment reminders, maintenance reminders, or both. For each reminder type, you can select the reminder template that will be sent to your customers. Maintenance reminders can also be configured to send automatically a specified number of days after a completed job, making it easy to stay connected with customers and encourage repeat business.

In addition, you can choose whether customer confirmations are written back to Jobber as Job Notes or by updating the Jobber visit title. Once configured, these settings allow AppointmentReminders.com to automate customer communication while keeping your Jobber records up to date.
