I am just writing a quick blog to let you know about some of our tutorials as well as our help documentation. Currently, we have a total of 6 tutorials that you can view at our YouTube channel. They run from about 5 minutes to 15 minutes and they are a great way to familiarize yourself with some of our services and learn what you can do with your AppointmentReminders.com account.
When you first sign up for an account we recommend that you view Tutorial 1 – Getting Started – Sending Your First Reminder. This will take you through the basics of creating and sending a reminder. We recommend watching all of our tutorials to get a better feel for our services. Currently, we have the following tutorials available to help you:

Tutorial 2: Creating and editing reminder types : In this tutorial you will learn how to create and edit reminder types for your AppointmentReminders.com account.
Tutorial 3: Linking a Google Calendar: Learn how to link your Google Calendar
Tutorial 4: Scheduling reminders through a linked Google Calendar: Learn how to schedule your reminders through your linked Google Calendar
Tutorial 5: Import Files: Learn how to upload reminder information into your account using an excel spreadsheet or a .csv file.
Tutorial6 – Triggers: Triggers allow you to create multiple reminders for an appointment or send a text or email alerts when certain conditions are met.
You can browse through it or search for a specific topic. Some of the topics include: learn how to create distribution lists, upload your Google contact list, create and interpret reports, set your caller ID, customize your company, and more.
